Shoppers, what would you like to see shopped? (MSCs, here's a free potential client list for you!)

Let's share places or services that we wished were shopped. Perhaps some of the MSCs reading this thread might try to pick up some of these as new clients. Okay, I'll start:

1) Freshii
2) Performance Bicycle
3) car2go
4) Whole Foods
5) Nordstrom
6) LensCrafters

Whole foods is shopped... at least in the NW region. It's under the same MSC as the Kroger shops.
OP, Why do you want these places shopped. Is it because you think that they have poor service and would improve from MS feedback? If so, that's fine. Or are you one who thinks that MS is either about giving an excuse to go shopping? Remember, that shopping is a profession. Shoppers shop because we are paid to do so. Shopping is not fun. It is work. Shopping is not about getting stuff. Shopping is about earning money.

Trust me, MSCs have no difficulty in finding names of firms whom they can cold call or those whose business that they wish to steal from their competitors.
Rousseau, people mystery shop for different reasons. Not all shops are paid and not all shops provide "stuff." For some, shopping is a hobby, for others it is "work." Yet for others, it is something in between. I want these places and services (and others) to be shopped because I would enjoy shopping them. I like it when new clients appear on the boards and I imagine you do as well.
Whole Foods is only shopped as a competitor shop, as far as I know.

I would like the local Red Lobsters shopped, bad service and bad interpretation of Red Lobster food, except for the biscuits!
Whole Foods is shopped in my area, too. And I don't think it's as a competitor shop because they don't have any competition where I live.
Art supplies. Online, on campuses, in other stores, and wherever. I would be thriled to test knowledge, sales ability, facilities, the usual shop stuff, and products.

Well-known and lesser-known book resources.

etc.

Bonefish Grill, PF Changs, Pei Wei, etc.- any chain where quality can (and does!) vary dramatically by location.

I 2nd Red Lobster! I have not been back since we had an awful experience at lunch over a year ago. The service and the food were not at all what it should have been. I have friends that have said they no longer go because of the food quality and service has gone down.
All I had to do at Red Lobster was lift a forkful of salmon that reeked of ammonia to say "enough, never again."
1. Starbucks
2. Carter’s (I hink I saw one of those coupon shops...)
3. Gap
4. Olive Garden
5. BabiesRUs
Whole Foods is shopped, I do it and so is Bone Fish Grill...many mentioned are already shopped. The ones I'd like shopped won't be as they are not chains. Maybe for OP signing with Market Force, Coyle and a few more MSC's will deliver what she is looking for....I don't know who does what she mentioned, so not going against ICA rules.

Red Lobster and Olive Garden are the same for me, a 4 on a scale of 10.

You're being very generous

Some olive gardens are top notch, i can attest to that. It's hard to beat the unlimited salad bowland they have the machine to pay at the table.
Olive Garden is good, certainly not great. There are so many places that are not my favorite but I would definitely go if they were shopped.
ToysRUs are, or were, shopped but it was some kind of cleanliness/maintanance shop; I have not done it so I don’t remember details. I would love to shop it with reimbursement. I hope the bancropcy is to reorganize the company and not to close the stores...sigh
I would like to see Dollar General and Family Dollar shopped. I have never seen any kind professionalism come from these two stores.

And I shop for fun and don't think of it as work that much. Don't put people down because their reason for shopping is different from yours.

Olive Garden and BabiesRUs are shopped.

If you love Red Lobster for the Cheese Bread you can buy the mix at Costco! Not sure they still have it as I bought it at a clearance price. Why spend all that money or ms time on eating the fish if it is not that great if all you really want is the bread! Eat your fish elsewhere.

I would LOVE to see these shopped IF it resulted in cleaner stores and the removal of all the U-Carts from the aisles!! I used to merchandise a good bit in the DGs and their stores were usually FILTHY!! If an MSC ever got a contract to shop DGs with the intent of cleaning up their stores, I think it would be a very good thing indeed!
I’d love to shop Jason’s Deli, Roosters, Steinmart, and Home Goods. And Tuesday Morning.

Susie shopping the Columbus Ohio area and outlying communities.

Exactly! Horrible customer service as well. Someone with a disability would have trouble shopping there because all they do is leave boxes around. And it never fails, every time I pull up to DG, an employee is standing by the door smoking. Not everyone wants to smell cigarette smoke!
Chiropractor, fine seafood restaurants, sushi joints, athletic apparel reimbursements (hello Nike? New Balance?). I could think of a dozen others.....
I worked with the resetting team for DG for the grand openings in conjunction with Apollo. That is the absolute, cheapest company I have EVER worked for. They hire you at a flat rate and they have daily quotos, for example, a certain amount of gondolas that are set up per day, (literally, set up in a brand new store) and when those quotas are not met by the 8 hours you are paid for they still REQUIRE you to stay until that quota is met. They hired myself and another floorplan blueprint layout person, a couple of more semi-professional merchandisers and then a boatload of temporary hires from whatever local temporary agency was closest to the new store. Those people were lazy, did not have lunch, bummed smokes, pee'd in the back of the building, didn't have gloves......argh! And the superintendent for DG is an ASSHAT!
I had never been to a Red Lobster before up until about 10 years ago on a shop. It was so bad that I literally can say, "You couldn't pay me enough to eat there ever again."

You can buy the biscuit mix at the grocery store.

They hired a Manager for the store who came to work with us, although she didn't really do anything, and she came to work without her teeth in! I asked how much she was hired at and she said $12 an hour! Can you imagine that? I will NEVER shop at D.G. or merchandise there. Absolute S.H.
Tony Roma's, although there isn't one where I live. Walmart. Target. Cheesecake factory. Police Officers. Golden Corral, I guess.
