Was there some software glitch going on with Sassie Shops on Saturday, April 14?

Has anyone else been having problems yesterday with their assigned shops suddenly cancelling in the middle of doing the shops and blocking access to the evaluations and guidelines?

This happened to me twice yesterday, from 2 different companies.
First were some airport shops, and I had pulled these shops up in the morning, just before leaving for the airport. I had already parked in the garage (one of the 4 shops) and was committed to that expense already and was about to perform one of the other shops. When I pulled that Shop for a quick review of the guidelines before I would begin, I got this message,

"This shop is no longer assigned to you. It may have been cancelled or reassigned to another shopper. If you have any questions on this matter, please contact your scheduler for assistance."

Except, to contact the scheduler, I need access to the View/Submit area, which I could not get into, and that message was reading,

"This shop cannot be viewed until you view the guidelines for this shop using the Guidelines link."

Which I had already done a handful of times.

At this point, I checked all 4 of my assignments and all 4 had the same blocks and messages.
I had never received any notification that anything had been cancelled or reassigned... and my entire day was set aside to do these shops. It was too late to find another job for the day, so I was out all of that income that I had counted on.
Now I tried to email the scheduler and have no idea if this person ever saw the several emails that I had sent, but SUDDENLY, a few hours later, when I looked again, the shops were open and ready for me to work ~ without any explanation whatsoever.

This happened again in the evening with another company, also a Sassie Shop, at the casino where I had 2 shops to do. I had already paid for a very expensive meal with a 'Denny's type' low cost restaurant, that was supposed to have been reimbursed for my guest and myself. When we went to perform the 2nd shop, I again tried to pull up the guidelines for a quick review before starting...

... and the exact same thing happened. The guidelines said it was cancelled and the View/Submit evaluation would not open without being able to open the guidelines.

Am I the only one this happened to yesterday???
I cannot fully express how extremely angry and frustrated I am to have worked so hard yesterday to potentionally get $0 for my efforts... when I could have made other arrangements had I been notified about these cancellations, but I have to think this is a Sassie software malfunction. I have yet to hear any word back from either of the schedulers about this.

I would like to add that not only would I get $0 for my efforts, I am also out my own hard earned money that likely will never be reimbursed.
I hate to break this to you but.......it sounds like you simply got logged out. If you had the sassie log open on your phone and it was open for some time (or if you switched from wifi to cell or vice versa or switched wifi systems) and while it was still opened and you click on a shop form or guidelines, that's what comes up. Because it no longer thinks you're you. All you have to do is........close it out and log back in.
