GigSpot Tech issues with Alta 360?

Is anyone having problems with Gigspot? I have a shop I need to start a report on, but I cannot get in. I can get into Gigspot, but once I click on my shops and then the shop I need to report, I am taken to the log in for Alta 360. When I enter my info for Alta, which I believe should be the same log in info as for Gigspot, it gives me an error message.

I don't want to lose this shop! I did a lot of leg work on this one -- what am I doing wrong? TIA!!!

It's GigSpot, I had to delete it. Email their helpdesk as well as Alta 360 and let them both know.
I had Gigspot for a couple of days when it first came out, but I was unable to log into Shop Metrics MSC's websites directly (I was redirected to Gigspot--the opposite of your issue). I had to email Gigspot to have them remove me and I have never had a problem since. You can't just disable Gigspot for it to be completely effective, you have to email them to be removed. They are prompt and responsive, fortunately. Also, your log in might be completely different than what you have on Alta 360, though, as sometimes the username is different. Did you try the "forgot username and password" function? Keep in mind that Alta is a M-F operation and won't get your email until tomorrow, but Gigspot helpdesk might be avaialble on weekends.
I should have updated this... I won't delete it in case someone else has the issue.

Long story short, in my case anyway, it ended up being a browser issue. Chrome just would not play nice. As soon as I switched to Firefox, all was fine.
