Sassie reports

I just completed a phone shop and I fill in the require informatiion and I send it in. After I sent it in, I realized that I forget to add some information. So I clicked on the button that said this was not my intention and I made a few changes and I sent it back. After I closed it out, I refreshed the page and it said shop was completed.

My question is, will they receive my 1st report or my second report?

Someone on the other side (MSC or better yet a SASSIE rep) should probably comment if they see just the second report or if both versions are available.

At a minimum, they’ll see the second version you sent in.

Shopping the Greater Denver Area, Colorado Springs and in-between in Colorado. 33 year old male and willing to travel!

Hi, Isaiah4031a. If they view the report now, they will see your updated report. SASSIE reports are stored on their server. When a shopper or MSC makes changes to the report and saves it, that is the report that is stored on the server. We do not have access to former saves. However, I should note, that the MSC can look at your report at any point. So, they may have seen it before you resubmitted it (depending on how fast you resaved it). I hope that helps!
