Place to find all inclusive list of all my shops in companies in one place

Is there one to see all the shops I have signed up for instead of going to each individual company so I can have them all in one list and I know what I've signed up for and what I've completed?

I find that information on the spreadsheet I created for myself.

All MSC's are different entities and will not have access to the shops you have signed up with other companies. If you want a comprehensive list of your shops, you will need to create it for yourself. Nearly all of us do that in some shape or form (though we all have different methods.)

As MFJohnson said, these are all different companies and they do not have any knowledge of what other companies you are signed up with and they don't care. It's up to you as an independent contractor who is contracting with multiple companies to keep up with the companies you are working with and do your own accounting.
Not only that but it would be an ICA violation for anyone to have that information.

@Linzc217 I keep all my shop receipts in one folder on my e-mail account so that I can quickly access them and also keep an excel sheet to make sure I'm getting paid the right amounts. You can't trust these companies to keep any type of accounting for you just in case mistakes are made.
Definitely start making a spreadsheet. I do a sheet for each month, and I put in the date to shop, date and time report is due, client/location, company, fee/budget, and any additional notes such as pre-visit calls or specific timeframes. I move it down to the completed section as I finish the shop and then add a check mark and date when it's been paid. I have a sum function for each section (upcoming and completed shops) so I can see how I'm doing on pay for the month.

I hope this helps, I can't imagine being a MS without this spreadsheet!!

I believe what they are looking for is a service where one can link all their accounts. For example, JobSlinger could potentially offer such a service for Sassie companies. ISS is such a platform for their client MSCs.

As things stand, the MSCs are not offering shoppers a feed of their shop log, which could be used to meet the OPs desire.

And it's my opinion that an outside company having access to MSC data would be an ICA breach.

Let's say I started showmemyshops.com. It would go out and download your shop logs from every MSC using your username and password. Here's where the problem comes in. I now have access to the client list, gudelines, and details of every shop by every MSC. That is 100% a clear violation of the ICA. I would have to sign an agreement with each individual MSC to allow me access to that data.

And I'm guessing that most of them would not say no, they would say !@#$% no.

So, I can log into Jobslinger and link every Sassie company I am registered with. The host already maintains each companies database of clients and shops. Since everyone trusts Sassie, why not incorporate a shopper profile utilizing the links we have already authorized? All of our Sassie Shop Logs could be displayed in one place. No ICA violations.

I Secret Shop already does this, as well as several other app/portals that multiple MSCs utilize.

Sassie could probably offer such a service. ISS does this already for their shops and Shopmetrics does it in the form of Gigspot. However those companies already have existing agreements with MSCs that would cover it. That still doesn't give you access to all of your shops. The problem is that one, sassie is never going to let an outside company play around with their system and figure out how to pull the information into a service that competes with them. Neither will any of the other platforms. Plus the whole ICA problem.

I hate spreadsheets. I made a page with links to all my MSC's, including notes. Simple HTML stuff. You don't even have to host it online. You can just open the document from your hard drive or SSD into a browser and it will work. Or use a database or an address book to hold the names and info.
