Earlier this afternoon, I attempted to do my first Android Pay InstaShop. I drove to the location and checked in via the app. I selected my items to purchase, stood in line for over 10 minutes, got to the register only to be informed this store doesn't offer any of the smartphone pay options. There were no signs on the terminal, counter or doors indicating they were offered either.
When I got back in my car, I found there was no option in the survey to indicate a negative outcome and no links or directions to get support.
I cancelled the shop and went home. Is there another way I could have handled this? How and who do I notify to take this shop off the available list so somebody else doesn't go through the same bother I did?
