Do I shop it today or not?

I applied for four shops through KSS this morning and was granted all four - I received the email "acceptance" notes for each and all four show up on my KSS account. Two are for today and two for tomorrow.

However, only one of the four shops has been acknowledged by the actual MSC - one of the two that I have slated for today. I emailed the KSS scheduler about an hour ago, but am not convinced that there is time for him to respond and/or correct the issue before I have to leave to do the shops in 45 minutes....

Do I do the shop that is half-assigned or not?

My experience is that unless the shop is assigned on the client MSC’s side, it’s not really assigned to you. I would asked the KSS scheduler, but I wouldn’t do these unless I could see the shop on the client MSC’s site.

I have asked the KSS scheduler and am waiting for a reply....

No. If It wasn’t assigned to you by the scheduler why would you?

I would base that decision on if there was a purchase required or if i could easily fit it into my schedule for another day or not.

It was assigned by the scheduler through the scheduling service. There is some sort of snafu between KSS and the MSC.

I have asked to reschedule. I hate this: I chose to do this shop instead of another and committed to this one when the scheduler gave it to me. I now get neither for today.
