If it is an audit take a printout of the shop or a checklist with you. If you mispoke and meant unrevealed mystery shop than know the form inside and out and plan your order of what is required example meals, room service, shuttle, wake up call, housekeeping request, etc. On a true mysteryshop allow yourself plenty of time and don't book too many other shops outside of the hotel. I also suggest doing as much of the shop as possible as quick as you can and using the rooms wifi to complete the report as you go. Then you can finish breakfast and checkout the next day and have only a little left of the report. If its an audit and not staying over just go step by step and get there morning to early afternoon as there will most likely be a manager on duty. Try and avoid getting there at checkout time as they may be busy.
