Red Quanta?

Has anyone received a phone call from Red Quanta? I have not signed up with them, but they managed to call me. I couldn't understand the person who spoke, due to the heavy accent, but with a few words here and there, it reminded me of the topic that was posted a while back here in the forum. I wonder how they got my number? would that be from MSPA? Had anyone done any shops for them, recently? I have read bad reviews about the company, so I didn't feel like signing up.

I get calls from them every few days, sometimes multiple times in a day.
