Reporting a Closed Shop

How does one report a closed shop? After indicating the shop is closed, and giving details from the physical location, I am unable to just submit the information. It just keeps asking the usual questions about the shop. Did I miss a link or button somewhere?

It would help to know what msc you are talking about? Each msc has their own rule. For example, one msc pays $3 if a particular client is closed.
Nobody is going to be able to answer without knowing which mystery shopping company.

Equal rights for others does not mean fewer rights for you. It's not pie.

Never try to teach a pig to sing. It's a waste of your time and it really annoys the pig.
I went to do a Sears, and the store had closed, I took a picture, wrote the scheduler, and was told I wouldn't be paid anything, as it was my fault for not calling. Who calls a big box before doing the job?

Black and White guidelines to protect the MSC, even if it’s for a ridiculous situation like yours!

Shopping the Greater Denver Area, Colorado Springs and in-between in Colorado. 33 year old male and willing to travel!

I’d call for Sears, Macy’s or Kmart.

I was chastised a couple months ago for not calling the Chevron before I went. I told the scheduler, “Look, I’ve done about 1000 of these; I’m fine with not getting paid for one or two. I’m not calling everybody.”
This is Marketforce. My question deals with reporting the closed shop--the technical part of it.
Just mark the lowest scores and submit. I have done that a couple of times with no problems at all.
I once spent about three hours with MF on a similar situation. The place wasn't closed; they just never delivered my order and, per guidelines, I left after waiting 20 mins then checking the bathroom. They told me just mark N/A. Well that does NOT work because if you say N/A in one place, their form won't let you mark N/A in another place. If you run into that kind of problem, tell the scheduler and don't continue trying the form. I mean, to this day years later, it makes me mad that I wasted so much time on a $3 consolation payment!
I hope you took pictures----the closed shop and sign, the construction machines and the gate warning to keep out.

I recently did a gas station shop where the instructions were to arrive between 4 and 10pm. I arrived at 5:30pm and it was closed already. Did not expect a big name gas station to close at 5pm, but as others said, I do a lot of these and not calling every one. Oh well, I didn't complete this one, but the MSC is a bit at blame. Only having a 1hr effective window is kinda ridiculous.

My gas station was 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Well, I got there at 6:45 AM on my way to catch a flight at LAX. They opened at 8:00 AM. Not missing my flight for that - no chance.

OP - hopefully you took photos. And I also hope you were at the correct address.
