Applying for job at restaurant

Has anyone done the shop where you pick up a job application at a restaurant? The fee keeps going up and I was just wondering how much work was involved? Seems really easy but they are still sitting on the board in my neck of the woods.

That restaurant also has bar and dining shops. I wouldn’t want to apply for a job or even ask for an application if they think I’m just a regular customer. Might get awkward next time I visit.

I did this one if it's the restaurant I'm thinking of! It is very short. I filled out the report between stops while my husband and I were running errands that day, it was so short and they didn't give me any papers or materials so I had nothing to upload. I'm jealous I didn't wait for it to get bonused!
