Checking Shops

I want to conduct multiple checking account opening shops but I don't want my banking history negatively impacted by check systems reports. Will opening business checking accounts only using my EIN number prevent negative impact to my personal banking history?

Your personal history will not be affected unless you overdraw your account and don't bring it back to zero. Your credit is definitely not affected since you are opening deposit accounts.
