The whole premise of the new report seems to be based on what questions you were asked by the banker. This is ridiculous, especially if the shop is for a teller only. They do not want you to prompt for anything. All the shops I have done were tellers only. None of the tellers asked me any questions. None. But they still want multiple 150 word narratives about it. I struggle through the report to come up with so much narrative on something that did not happen . I was hoping this round of shops would be different. They are the same. I wonder what information they hope to glean. And, yes... they are at $12 now. Pffft.

Do you happen to know why they replaced everyone? The team that did PUB was the best group they had — at least for the clients in my area. The new PUB emails are coming from the same scheduler who usually sends emails for another client. Now she’s doing both.
I’m certainly not doing the new form for $12. The report is awful, it almost requires you to give a bad report on any normal teller, and a lot of the “work” in any shop is actually the travel time. Even if they had really shortened the report the driving time and the time at the bank would be the same so the total time required wouldn’t go down much.
It doesn’t look like they are having an easy time scheduling. Hopefully people will refuse to do the new shops and they’ll have to modify. Different MSC, but remember earlier this year when the 99 Restaurant wanted to pay in gift cards and the MSC couldn’t fill the shops? They finally had to give in and reimburse in cash. That program ended up modified by shoppers simply not taking the jobs. If any other regular PUB shoppers are reading this please think about not doing these shops until they fix the form and the low pay.

The pay is $15 now. If you don't get a return or questions on PUB your report is fine.
I give the teller acceptable and state that she was friendly, professional, etc. Your right the questions relate more to the Customer Service rep. I haven't had a return yet.

Shopper8 — I gave feedback. And I asked how to do the shop without marking down the teller for a normal transaction. And no reply. Maybe they didn’t grasp that if they didn’t respond I wouldn’t be doing any more of their shops.
The money is too low and the questions don’t make sense but they are also putting the shoppers in a position where any normal teller is going to get a bad report. No one asks a lot of questions during a simple teller transaction. As a bank customer, I wouldn’t want to go in to deposit a check and then be asked several questions as if I had a problem to be resolved.
On of of these shops I did in July I had a very good teller — not just standard pleasant, but someone who was friendly and outgoing and made the day nicer. Someone who made it feel likea hometown bank run by smart people — in other words, the kind of person the bank needs as an employee. But under the new form she didn’t ask the questions so I was supposed to grade her down. I did my best to tap dance, but the report makes that difficult. Which also makes it take longer to write. And now they want me to do all that for $12?

.. And the newest round of PUB shops are upon us. Even more ridiculous than the first round. You can't go to a teller. You have to ask a customer service related question. Like, "How much to reorder checks"? So I'm supposed to wander around and look for someone other than a teller? I see this going South real fast. These are getting on my last nerve.

Most of the PUBs I go to are in Stop and Shops so there is no one but a teller. Even the regular banks, there are no other bank people than a teller./ Shop doesn't make sense/
Forum guidelines state that we not reveal the clients of mystery shopping companies. Also, naming the client and MSC may be an ICA violation.
