Verify that you are entering the correct code. Then, email the scheduler and explain that when you enter the code, the call does not go through. Likely they have the wrong code listed. If you’ve been in contwith the scheduler and they haven’t gotten it fixed, you can ask if you can use a call recording app, or just cancel the shop.
The schedulers I’ve worked with are very responsive when this happens because they need to get the shop done.
