Problem with phone system...

Has anyone ever had a problem with a recorded phone system that would not complete the call? I had a problem I reported it daily (had a lot of calls) but it has not been taken care of. Can any of you offer any advice on how to handle this?

Verify that you are entering the correct code. Then, email the scheduler and explain that when you enter the code, the call does not go through. Likely they have the wrong code listed. If you’ve been in contwith the scheduler and they haven’t gotten it fixed, you can ask if you can use a call recording app, or just cancel the shop.
The schedulers I’ve worked with are very responsive when this happens because they need to get the shop done.

Thank you for your response, the call couldn't even get to that point in the call once the call picks up the problem comes in I don't even get to code part of the call.

Is this on Shopmetrics?

I had a terrible time with this while I was on my last overnight route. I ended up using my own phone-recording software and submitting it. I explained the problem in detail to two different MSC's....

Install a call recorder app on your smartphone and use it for back up in case VocaZilla or whatever system the client uses fails.
