Ok I will share my secret... I did these 2 years ago and it is super hard to check 200 items without being noticed and some stores have a no pictures rule. I guess I look suspicious because the store employees kept bugging me... I took an old notebook and labeled it "COUPONING" then I got a shopping cart and put some non perishables in it, when you do these audits they are in groups... like 50 dairy items, 30 grocery items, 25 items in butter section etc... Get a feeling for what area you are in... and go to town on them! If someone bugs you, say you are checking prices because you are a couponer... they hate those people, but they will not kick you out because they make hundreds off of them. You have to be careful because you can get asked to leave, especially if the "client" is the competition which is often the case. Store x wants to know the prices in store y ... Do not show them the app you are using unless the client is the store and you have a letter stating you are allowed to be there. I got greedy and had 600 items to do... OMG!!! but I got them done because I had a letter so I did not have to worry about being "caught"
