I live "next door" to Amish country. Don't even get me started on the names of towns....
Back to topic, if this is the horse and stagecoach shop, they seem to have about the same amount of redundancy as most bank shops. (And less narrative.) I think they want to just make sure that your narratives support your checked answers and are consistent with each mention of a particular facet of the shop.
I learn something new every day, but not everyday!
I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.
