Weird Blip on Sassie Platform?

This may be a limited situation, but I recently did two shops for a MSC on Sassie. When I finished and submitted the reports, the jobs vanished from my shop log. Instead of their normal progressions from "new" to "completed" to "received." Just poof! Gone. I've been paid for one, so I know it literally didn't vanish into cyberspace, but does this ever make it difficult to track shops (I do a lot for this company) and payments.

I haven't experienced this with any other Sassie-platform company, but I don't work for nearly as many MSCs as most of you do. Anybody else have this experience?

I learn something new every day, but not everyday!
I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.

Usually this happens because of how the “filters” are set. On the right side of the screen, under My Shops, click on Show Filters. Then on the left side of the screen where it says Job Status, click on the down arrow and choose “Any or Finished”. You should then see the shops you have completed.

That did the trick; thank you! What's weird, though, is that I never manually changed this setting. Everything was fine until last month, then I couldn't see past shops.

Yes that’s weird with Sassie filters. Sometimes it’s hard to know what is the default setting and when it changes for apparently no reason.
I noticed that Customer Impact recently changed their default filter from "Any" to "Active", which would cause what you saw.
I just logged onto Customer Impavmct and the filter was still set to “Any”. There must be something else going on here.
