Interesting undercover video shops at various car dealerships...

The shopper goes in.... equipped with video camera....

Has anyone here done video car dealership shops?

I want to say the video is very sharp! I have never done a video shop.

Note: This video shop was performed in Canada

I have done dozens of them. Yes, the video is VERY sharp. That's why the industry standard will not accept a lot of the video from the cheap equipment mostly found on the Internet. The clients expect very high quality video and audio, even in low light conditions. The average new/used car video lasts 60-90 minutes.

Many regular forum posters do this sort of work. I did one 10 days ago and will do another on Monday.

I did not click on the link, btw.

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.

The video showed more of a sting operation than the normal auto mystery shop. From the standpoint of a mystery shop, the video angles were awful. If it was a shop, she would not have been paidsmiling smiley
