3-Star Hotel with no photos??

I was assigned my 1st hotel evaluation with A Closer Look. It is a 1-night stay, mine happens to be at an extended stay type location. All the normal evaluations seem to be there: check-in experience, free breakfast evaluation, etc.

However, I have no been able to find anywhere on the guidelines or questionnaire a requirement for photos of the room (or any part of the location for that matter)? That can't be correct, can it? I know some hotel chains require a crazy amount of pictures of every single toiletry and whatnot. I just don't want to put in the time and miss reimbursement because the photo requirements weren't glaringly obvious to me. Does anyone out there have any valuable input for me?

I had one with ACL for an extended type stay location and it also did not have any photo requirements, I felt like I was completely missing something, LOL! I had to double check with my scheduler too, very simple hotel shop smiling smiley But as eyelove2shop said, I would also check with yours just to be sure.
When I reached out to the scheduler about whether or not I could attach my loyalty card 2 days ago, I never heard back, so was somewhat discouraged to ask more questions. I will try the general MSC contacts. Thank you.
I don't think ACL requires photos for hotel sohps. I don't do them because they are reimbursement only. Maybe other MSCs that do hotels and pay a fee require photos and a lot of details, and ACL doesn't pay a fee because the shops are so simple and don't require pics?
Oh, okay. In my area I have never seen a fee attached to an ACL hotel shop and just assumed they didn't have any.
Oh fees, no lol i haven't seen any fee ever. I just wasn't clear in my response (10,000 things at once
my apologies ), some of their hotel shops do require photos
Ahhh. LOL. Still an easy shop compared to a Coyle shop, I am sure. But there are shoppers who use the ACL shops for launching pads or rests on routes, building up points and hotel rewards as they go. Smart.
They were ny first hotel shop, then i jumped to Buckalew lol ACL's are pretty simple and a great way to get your feet wet
It depends on the client. I do a lot of ACL hotels; some no pix, some a few, some a lot!

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
I will have to expand my search to see if they have these in my area. Years ago they had an extended stay hotel and I loved them. I would string two or three together and make it a vacation trip. The report did not take long and at the place they used to have I could bring my dog along! I remember needing pics back then. Thanks for the heads up.
I have done many overnight hotel shops, and I would say that less than 50% require photos.
