Login failed

Has anyone had this problem with MF site today? Message says I am not in database. My login info is saved on my phone. It can't be wrong all of a sudden. I have a shop to submit and a few lined up for Saturday. I emailed the help desk.

Same thing is happening to me. Even when I do the "forgot password" option, I'm still not recognized. Thank goodness for this forum and your posts. I thought I got deactivated.

Yep...me too.,,.i was searching the forum and there was only old posts so I got more worried until I saw the posts minutes later

I am also getting a login failed and forgot password option does not recognize me in the system.

Carol, I think you have the right idea sending an email to the help desk. I did the same thing by replying to the Upcoming Assignment Reminder notice I got 2 days ago. That way we'll have a time stamp, so to speak, of when we tried to input our reports. I mentioned other shoppers having the same issue per a forum I follow. (Didn't say which forum). I also asked them not to cancel my shop, that I would complete the report as soon as I can once the issue is resolved.

I can login now.
