Planet Fitness Shop Question

Has anyone done a Planet Fitness Shop. I have a scheduler that wants me to do one that is a distance from me. Is there very much narrative to these shops?

I did one that required a tour, no workout. I don't require the report being tedious, just a lot of questions plus a required recorded telephone call.
I got a tour and the guy wouldn't let me go...took over an hour, never again...this was 24 hour fitness.

A phone call, a tour.and a report that requires almost verbatim narrative. It's not worth it even bonused to $30.
I have done non-workout PF shops for at least 3 different MSCs. Depending on the company, you may or may not have to do a pre-visit call, which is usually a very simple scenario. In person, you sign in, take a tour, and then sit down with the employee to talk about rates. They have usually taken me 20-30 minutes for the shop itself.

The report definitely varies by MSC, but all of the ones I have done have had multiple narrative sections. I would say they were average to a little longer than average reports IMO. The non-Sassie-platform MSC that has them definitely has the questionnaire available to view before you request the event, so it may help you to look it over if that is the company you're looking at.

I believe the workout scenario shops are similar, but you just do a 30-minute workout and see if the employee checks on you in addition to the tour and rate discussion.

Happily shopping the Pacific Northwest. Shopping since 2013 smiling smiley
Its been awhile since I've done this one..in my opinion it isn't that difficult but it is alot to remember. I would not reccommend for a newbie. If I remember correctly it was very narrative heavy.

Shopping Idaho and Oregon/Idaho border region.
As with almost all new assignments there is a bit of a learning curve as you familiarize yourself with the guidelines and yes, there is narrative. Notwithstanding, use this as an opportunity to familiarize yourself with a recurring assignment available at many other locations, get in a workout if there is a floor exercise component, and schedule other shops along the route to make the most of your trip. Have fun with it!
