Alaska Airline Mystery shop?

I've seen United, AA, Southwest shops but haven't seen Alaska Airlines Shops (credit card or customer service, etc). Do they exist?

AA is shopped?

Yes, they were shopped in the past. The airline though, not the BofA credit card. It was not clear to me though if the actual client was Alaska or a competitor. It may have only been flights in/out of Seattle too, I only remember the Seattle ones (but I wasn’t looking for other origin/destination).

Great airline with great employees, but why do they have a picture of Bob Marley painted on the vertical stabilizer?
