I think that it would be useless to contact the scheduler. They can's "fix" GeoVerify, and I doubt that they can even see it. I always look at the map that GeoVerify produces. That map is stored with the GeoVerify code on your phone, so if there is a question, you can make a screen shot of your phone and show that you were at the right place on the map.
That being said, sometimes the location the map is way off. I don't know why that occasionally happens. My solution is to restart the phone. That always works.
Another issue is the the GeoVerify code is sometimes slow to appear. Not to worry. It will eventually appear, usually minutes, sometimes hours, later. Just don't turn of the phone.
Sometimes the shop specifies when to use GeoVerify. I generally do it at the beginning. If I forget, I do it at the end. The MSCs seem to use it for location, not time. For some very long shops (a computer store audit), I do it at the beginning and end just for my own use in tracking time. I advise against pulling out your cell phone in the middle of a shop to run GeoVerify.
Since GeoVereiy needs access to satellites, it often will not work inside malls or other buildings.

I see in another thread that tracking is sometimes off. Do I contact the scheduler from there? Will my phone show me where it thinks I am?
When I input the code, scheduler will get the time and place. Do I do it at the beginning of the shop, the end, or both? Or just anytime at all during the shop?
