MSPA Certification error

So I have delayed buying this 'certification' because I've been doing well without it so far; averaging ~$700/month this year. However I read a note from an HS Brand scheduler that mentioned they prefer certified shoppers so I spent the $25 to get the cert. When I purchased, I clicked on the link that mspa sent me and it led to a 'permission denied' error page. I emailed them about it and no response yet. Left a voicemail and no answer yet. Does anyone have any ideas?

This has been a problem for several years. Those who managed to get the certificate then find that it will not load into MSC sites. Sorry you got caught in this problem. You may want to search the forum to see if anyone who had reported this has found an answer that actually works.

Actually I don't have cert. yet. I clicked on a link they sent me to take the course and it leads to the 'permission denied' page.
If I were you, I would just try to get my money back ! As I said, people say they cannot get any MSC to accept the new certs from MSPA. Also, HS Brands uses a ton of non-certified shoppers. I have met many and encountered many more here on the forum.

I do special projects for HS brands because of my certification. It’s one of the few companies that definitely values it
If they're the special projects I'm thinking of, they will also accept their in-person training. You did it when it was worthwhile and it wasn't simply paying to shop.

No, they are off the board jobs.
Update: ok so they responded via email with a new link that worked. The course took less than 20 minutes and the quiz is a no brainer. I am silver certified woohoo.
Please keep us updated on how many MSC's system will accept the cert code.
