Shake Shack Training

I have been scheduled for training next week in Westlake Village Ca. Anyone else here going? I view this as a great chance to meet my fellow shoppers as well as my competition!

I have been to training twice from this msc. Both times the other trainees lived fairly far from me and did not shop in my area...Los Angeles is so big! I too would have liked to meet my competition.

My first training for the other client of this MSC was in Santa Barbara. You are correct the trainees were from all over. Also most of them were fairly new to mystery shopping. It will be interesting to see who attends this one.
When I did the Chipotle training, there were two other shoppers. One, I have no recollection of. The other was in no way competition. She did not shop in my area, nor did she do the same types of shops that I did.

The pay scale is completely different than for Chipotle. You are reimbursed in total for the required items you order. My food bill is usually between $16-18. In addition the fee is $18. It was $21 but they reduced it several months ago but at the same time reduced the reporting requirements. In my mind the report is way easier now than $3 easier.
That's not enough pay to get me drive to Westlake, however...as much as I love burgers.
Hubby and I do love Shake Shack, but not enough for me to attend formal training - we'll just pay for the food. I did the Chipotle training years ago. I would not do it again, since there are so many other opportunities available.
The day I went to training I was allowed to order whatever I liked from the menu. I suppose you could order a burger, a chicken sand and shake, drink and concrete if you really wanted to. Sneak a meal out to hubby when you are done. Truthfully I don't think any of these are worth driving to but it was right near work for me.
How do I sign up? I used to shop for Chipotle . When I go to login to the msc website, I only see Chipotle listed on my dashboard with no option to contact for help.

That’s difficult without revealing the MSC. Perhaps try to contact one of the Chipotle schedulers if you have them in your stored email.

Sadly you can't do that for the shops, or at least you couldn't when I did them. I'm assuming nothing has changed. You had to order a specific set of items even if you didn't like them at all and ask some really dumb questions.

Like for the Chipotle shops you need to be invited to training. If you go to the website you will probably find a contact us there and you can send an email. That may or may not work as they only do trainings when they need more shoppers in your area. But it cannot hurt to try to put yourself out there.

I hope that that time and effort for these reports pay better than Chipotle did.

I never GOT PAID. Glad they're going to San Diego, perfect spot when there is another produce issue and they can't afford the rent.

?????? Who , where , when, what are you talking about?
Excellent training. They pay plus a nice lunch. It’s great to be able to speak directly with the Client about expectations.
