Samsung appliance shops

I do 100+ shops per month for the MSC that has this contract. But I have a heck of a time ever getting assigned Samsung appliance shops. It seems I only get them if they are desperate.

Almost to a person, the associates at the big box stores where these shops are conducted recommend against buying Samsung. There's a long list of reasons, which I include in my report.

A vast majority of my Samsung reports are negative against the brand. I'm only reporting what the associates say. I'm wondering if I'm blackballed because of the high percentage of negative reports.

What are your experiences with these shops and ease of getting them assigned to you?

When I shopped full time, I did a number of these shops at various stores. This was in 2016. Samsung was always highly recommended. I always got the shops when I applied for them.

If you're getting the shops when the MSC is desperate, you should be making enough in bonus $$$ to make up for the loss of the other shops.
Do these shops also, lately, however, I have had a string of them where the associate really badmouths Samsung....strange usually the opposite is the case.
I've had no trouble getting these. The recommendations on the brand have been all over the place. They seem to really love them or really hate them, so my reports have been mixed.

What I really like about these is that you usually have plenty of time to get the appliance photo before an associate gets around to helping you. Not like the cellphone shops, where the store is small, they're on you instantly, and you have to give some lame reason why you want to take a picture of a phone.
I just did one, and the Salesman said to buy LG, Samsung was on the bottom of his list. He showed me a consumers report rating LG tops, then Whirlpool and Samsung bottom...one of their problems is getting parts.
My report stated that (as I was told), and was accepted, I have no problem getting these jobs.
Mine was not Home depot.

Here they are generally at Lowe's, Home Depot, and Best Buy. What I hear most is that there are no local Samsung repairmen and parts are impossible to get.
WOW! Samsung would need to know that.
