The OP deleted their post.

The comments annoy me. "Mystery shoppers are there to make us fail." Hardly! We're there to report what happens. If an issue is present then, yes, we are there to identify it and correct it. In the case of alcohol compliance, we are there to PREVENT the expensive tickets!

And sometimes bonuses and other kudos are awarded based on our reports!
