Due to ICA and forum rules we cannot tell you. Just search this forum for oil change shops and you will find several MSC’s that offer these types of shops. One of them just might be Jiffy Lube.

Probably because it is over 15 years old. Some clients have year restrictions. My best guess as to why is because oil filters are harder to come by for older models. Might be a special order.
I was given the ok for my 1999 model, but I had to call the location and confirm that they had my oil filter, or else take one with me in case they did not have one in stock.
Yes, we have to ask if they carry a filter for a '98 Toyota truck. The thing just does not want to die. We've never had trouble finding parts for it, though.
