e-mail from new company

Today I received an e-mail that said Mystery Shopper MSPA , INC
signed David MSPA Representative. Does anyone know anything about this company? I have never heard of this company and when I got an e-mail I was a little puzzled .

With what you have told us, this could either be legitimate or a scam. Real and fake offers can both come from somebody claiming MSPA affiliation. Real company names and credentials are used all the time by scammers. At the same time, real MSC owners and schedulers do check MSPA databases for shoppers that might be able to help them out.

What is it that the email is offering? Most scammers will offer something that is just too good to be true and generally involved receiving a check before you actually do anything. The check could be for hundreds or thousands of dollars. A real offer will have you doing a job before you get paid and any purchases will be made at legitimate and verifiable businesses. You will *not* be asked to send anything of value anywhere, unless it is a purchase/return shop to a known retailer, such as Amazon or Walmart - in which case you can verify the address independently.

Hard work builds character and homework is good for your soul.

It doesn’t sound professional or legit if the signature is “David MSPA Representative”What do they want you to do or what are they advertising?
