Secret Shopper log-in problem

Well, it's not actually a log-in problem.

It's just every time I click on "find shops", I get a pink window that says "You don't have stored coordinates. Try updating your address on your profile." Then the page just jumps to the profile page. My address is there, and is correct.

So I e-mailed them, and asked what to do.

They said to "make sure Google Maps has your address right, and your gps function is on".

Say what?

Can anybody here put that in plain English for me?

Most shopping websites, a pop-up comes up that says "allow location access", and I just click "yes", and there's no problem. The only "pop up" I see is the one that says "no stored coordinates".

Help, anybody?

Are you accessing the site with your computer or cell? If you are using your cell, go into settings and then into your apps and find this app. Open it and see what permissions you are allowing it to have. It needs to have permission to location. If location is not in the permissions, click on "permissions" and add it. You could also make sure your location on your phone is on. I hope this helps. This is the only thing I can think of.

I don't know how to change the title and add "RESOLVED".

Got a nice e-mail from SecretShopper that they had fixed it, please try again. I did, and the pop up window actually showed up, and I was able to search for shops.

Thanks to SecretShopper for being so responsive.

I am a tech dinosaur, and tend to just give up in utter frustration.
