We are not allowed to answer this question -- it's quite against the forum rules.

However, if you use the search function for discussions of gas stations, you will find it!

Welcome to the forum!
Appreciate your reply. I now can see you can't mention the MSC by name. Not sure why but it is what it is.
I did hundreds of shops for the Green station the past 2 years and only found out Friday that they no longer are working with the previous MSC. I looked under the search function as you suggested and could not determine who the new MSC is.

Not sure how all of the other shoppers found it but unfortunately I can't.
Seems odd that we can't assist each other with something as simple as this.

Again, appreciate your initial reply.
I'm sure the forum rule came about because most Mystery Shopping companies you sign up with have a clause in their Independent Contractor Agreement not to reveal the identity of their clients. Here is an excerpt (with MSC redacted to protect confidentiality) from one:

"Finally, you agree not to disclose the names of [MSC's} clients, the location of the assignments, or any information gathered during an assignment to anyone other than representatives of [MSC]."

They also usually have, as this one does, a clause that also prohibits you from revealing information found in the guidelines and reports. This is usually due to proprietary information.

Finally, there are representatives from MSCs that read this board so you would never want to reveal a client and risk being deactivated from that company.

I personally wouldn't even name past clients as you did above because one could argue that information was obtained during an assignment (see above clause).

Many of the MSCs have a list of their clients on the homepage of their website. It might be easier to go that route looking for the gas stations you are inquiring about. I do NOT know if either of these are listed on the websites, however, so that may be a dead end as far as finding those clients, but you might luck into finding other clients you would like to shop.
Linking an MSC to a past client is ALSO covered by most ICAs. Big no-no.
