Negative reports...

I tried to find this thread, but couldn't and there is something I want to write about.

I did a big box yesterday and the service was so bad, I didn't have one decent thing to say. I was worried my report wouldn't be accepted by Intellishop, but today I get an email thanking me for my hard work, and a 10 rating. Happy, yes, and feel they can do something about this un-professional employee, really feel this report was necessary. I rarely have to write a report so negative, and yes, it took a long time, but worth it.

I've had to do that as well, and was thanked for my honesty. They typically look for quality responses and if you explain exactly what happened you can't go wrong! smiling smiley
