I tried to find this thread, but couldn't and there is something I want to write about.
I did a big box yesterday and the service was so bad, I didn't have one decent thing to say. I was worried my report wouldn't be accepted by Intellishop, but today I get an email thanking me for my hard work, and a 10 rating. Happy, yes, and feel they can do something about this un-professional employee, really feel this report was necessary. I rarely have to write a report so negative, and yes, it took a long time, but worth it.
