Yes. I generally don't do shops for less than $50 (not reimbursements)... Car dealerships, apartments, casinos, banks, ...

I am new too. You’ve really got to do what all these folks recommend, which is to go to the “Official Link” at the bottom of the forum page, and look into the top 15 mystery shop companies. Each company offers different types of chain shops for geographic areas. You can get a clue as to what each company offers by reading the comments, but in my (albeit limited) experience, you won’t know what shops are offered near your location until you’ve registered a profile and searched the job board. It is time-consuming but it could pay off! Many of the sites have no jobs I’m interested in, and some have zero jobs whatsoever in my area, but I’ve found some gems, and it takes sloughing through the websites to figure out what’s worthwhile for you in your area.

I am glad that you have found the advice given here as helpful. smiling smiley

You'll find a lot of gems outside the "15 Most Discussed" list as well - that's were most of my favorite companies are. However, there are also a lot more smaller companies in the big list that will unlikely have much for you at all.

Indeed. I have found lots of good advice here since my initial posts! I am also aware that my very silly personality is alienating me. My word got skipped in “word association.” :/
There are many folks on here with personalities more outrageous than yours. You have not really experienced @DavePi yet, but..... He is about as "silly" as it gets and, yet, much appreciated.... Don't look into being "skipped" in that game: It happens all the time and is generally unintentional.
