Sinclair reporting

I just wrapped up, or so I thought, a shop report and there was no finish button on my android LG V40 phone! There was one on my Samsung tablet so I'm going to redo it (but the uploaded photos still stayed with my profile). Arrgh!

Anyone else have that problem? This is the first MSC report I had an issue with this.

Sorry. I have never signed up with Sinclair so, I can't help you. Maybe someone that has can help.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.

Their website is very clunky. I had the same thing happen when I tried to do one of their reports on my phone (Samsung). I had to redo it from my laptop. I never tried from my tablet (also Samsung).

For mystery shopping, unless the MSC has an app, I do the shops at home on my computer.

Turn your phone to the side so it's landscape, scroll down and the buttons are there.

Though I have never run into this problem with Sinclair reports, @tstewart3 's response is why I am a member of this forum. Great tip.

Sometimes I find that certain browsers work better for certain companies. For Sinclair I use internet explorer and can do it on my phone.

I could not get Sinclair's app to work. They allowed me to enter the reports on my PC after I got home.
