Apartment Shops

I have an apartment shop with a target. I have to call the property 3 times to reach the target. If I haven't reached the target after 3 days, I have to call TEN times per day!

TEN times?! That's a huge waste of time for the leasing office and for the shopper.

I have never had that expectation.... Wow.

My take: Sometimes "managers' believe themselves to have been promoted beyond the need to answer the phone or give tours. It could be that your target is such a person and the client is making sure that they have lots of data to prove that the manager is refusing to answer - so as to "correct" the target's misunderstanding of the job.

I recently had a apartment shop with a target. The target had a name that could have been male or female so even more difficult. I called and called. Early on I asked the MSC contact if they could confirm with the client the target still worked there. My request was ignored. Finally when the MSC allowed me to ask for the first name only I was told he no longer worked there.
Honny,
I just would not accept a shop with those call attempt requirements.

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
You're absolutely correct wales. The calls have to be spaced an hour apart. I would be calling trying to reach the target all day. No thanks!
