Info for " FedEx - Redirect" shops?

I am seeing shops called FedEx - Redirect, Fed-ex pick up and Fed-Ex drop off in my area. I can't find what these shops entail, no description or guidelines. Can any of you tell me what exactly these shops are?
Thanks!

For drop off, you prepare packages addressed to the MSC, including paying the shipping charges and take them to a Fed-EX drop off location. For the pick up, the MSC ships a package to you and you go to the designated location and pick up the package. For the redirect shops, the MSC sends you a package, but you have to contact Fed-EX and request the package be changed to a different address.
Super easy shops and reports though I ran into the same issue of wondering what the heck the shops were until I signed up for one and received full instructions. Wish I could do a million of 'em.
This is one shop that I refused to do. The reason? One day I got an alert that somebody opened a new online shopping account in my name. I called the company and they saw no account or orders in my name. Great! Unfortunately, I soon received a bill for a $400 TV that was being shipped to my address.
I call the company again , and they said an account was opened, the purchase made and was sent to my address. Somebody had used FedEx Redirect to change the delivery address to Miami. The company closed the account and didn't charge me for the TV and as far as I know the credit bureau is going to remove it from my report but it still pisses me off. The rep at the company said in the last 6 months, she's had dozens of people reporting the same thing and they all went to Miami.
I know a criminal will always find a way to scam but Fedex Redirect is a gift to scubags. It seems that anybody can create a FedEx account by using my info and a fake email and phone number that goes to them.
Apparentlyy, FedEx has no safeguards to keep this from happening. When I called them to report it, the woman didn't seem concern at all. She didn't say anything about opening a fraud case or reporting to any authority. Instead, she acted like I was wasting her time and just said " I'll make a note". I felt like locating her and really take up her time while beating her ass.
Like all fraud, consumer prices go up while crooks make a killing, especially when the companies don't take action. Anyway, that's why I won't do these shops. If there was a positive outcome, I would have to give a positive eval even though I personal know it has issues.
Has anyone else had this type of experience?

Are you finding you feedback and answers are pretty much the same for each location you do?
How big are the packages they send you? There is one near work. I don't want to transport a large box on the bus.

The guidelines are in a link when you click on the assignment.

Does anyone who has done these before know if they release the tracking numbers in different batches. An email was sent out, but my shop numbers were not listed on Sheet 1.

So far two batches have been sent out. The two I picked up today weren't on either. The best way to know is when you get the email from Fed Ex that the package was tendered to Fed Ex or the other updates they send.

Hope this helps.
Quite a few have been the same which has made the reports super easy. There have been a couple that the employees didn't know what to do and that made for having to answer a couple more dialogue boxes but nothing terrible. Two I've had where I've not been able to drop the package off at all.
