Voice recording App- Need Help please..

Good morning

I am doing a recorded phone shop tomorrow and I need to record the call. It is not through Sassie.

I have tried two different apps and I can hear my voice but I can't hear the other person..

What is the best app that I can use so I can hear my voice and their voice and how would I upload it?

All of my phone shops have been through Sassie.

I paid for an app called "Call Recorder." it works great.

That is what I do also.

I put my cell phone on speakerphone (easier to take notes anyway) and use a small voice recorder to record the conversation. It records onto a USB drive, so afterward, I plug the USB drive into my laptop, and copy the file on the laptop hard drive.

There is a free app called Audacity that you can put on your computer, then put your phone on speaker it's a great app, I have used it for years, now does anyone know of a good voice to text application. The one that I use garbles the words.
