Exxon Q1 Inspection (Revealed)

I audit many different types of gas stations and all the ones I've done provides a sheet that tells me what all photos are required and mandatory. I can't find one for Exxon. Does anyone know all the required photos that are mandatory?

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.

You need to have them turn on the exterior lights, unless they are on a timer. It is not a hard shop. I like it.

Because you need a photo of the light poles and canopy if the lights are on timers or sensors. If the lights are on and working, no photo is needed. It will show up in the overall photo. It's an easy photo miss and then when you do the report..ut oh. I was just pointing out that you need the photo if the lights can't be turned on.

That's new for this quarter, isn't it? I haven't encountered a situation like that yet but I'll have to remember to get the pic if I do. Thanks!

Not new. You ask them to turn on the lights and if they can't, you take the pics with the lights off.

Always remember to take a photo of the Synergy elements (wave and koala). If there are more than one of those elements that have outdated or missing pop, you will need at least 2 photos of each. Even if you aren't required to audit the elements, take a photo anyway. It has happened to me twice now that when I first saw my site inspection there was no requirement, but then later, it was included.
If there are mixed pumps or separate diesel pumps under the main canopy, take a photo of the diesels and a close up of the handle (diesel and mixed). If the diesels are under a separate canopy, take a photo anyway.

Thank you for answering! Yes, they have to turn on the canopy lights and we wait for them to warm up and turn on. These answers are very helpful.

A pic of a branded diesel nozzle if it doesn't meet requirement and store entrance if a certain window cling is missing. Those are the two I often forget until I look at my checklist before leaving.
