I do one Bar Integrity that says 2 drinks (different ones) and an appetizer, never a dessert. I don't think normal customers switch drinks, so to me that's a giveaway. The bar is easy as I go for happy hour (4ish). I'd check on the dessert and I don't get near 65.00 reimbursement..total for me is 45.00. I should move, but quality of life is a biggie.
When I drank, I mixed drinks. Might start with rum, next a bourbon, maybe a bloody mary or a margherita after that. If in a vodka mood: start with a screwdriver, then try other mixers. Might end up with a beer.
I do not drink often now, but will sit at the bar when dining alone. I see people order different drinks. Last week I went out with a few coworkers. One of them was trying different house specialties. The bartender was asking questions to help recommend what to try next.
Some people will have a hard drink followed by a beer. As in a "beer chaser"
My point is, it is not unusual for someone to mix drinks.
