Question about Phillips 66 audits

I am doing a P66 job for one of the MS companies. The guidelines state, "DO NOT CONDUCT THE REVEALED ASSESSMENT IF: If the fueling area is closed for construction OR has the new 76 WAVE or CREST image or the new Phillips 66 SHIELD or RIVET image or the new Conoco Fusion image,"

A little further down in the guidelines, it says, "The new Phillips 66 SHIELD and RIVET images have a DARK gray background or stripe on canopy."

The location I am to visit has what I believe is the new P66 shield, but the canopy does not have a dark gray stripe. The shield at my location looks exactly like the shield on the P66 website - and neither one has a gray background.

Should this be a non-revealed visit? I reached out to the MS company, but I do not have confidence in their response. All the responder did was cut-and-paste the sentence about the dark gray background.

You revealed the client and the MSC. Please remove one of them as it is a violation of the ICA.
Sorry, I haven't performed this shop. There are many helpful people on the forum, someone will probably respond.
Crumbs. I'm doing two tomorrow, and the paperwork specifies they ARE Rivet. Yes, mine are revealed.

I cannot imagine why your paperwork would be different from my paperwork. I just printed out mine yesterday.

And actually the CPI references that my jobs are at Rivet sites.
