Jackson Hewitt shop discontinued

I was assigned a Jackson Hewitt shop and it was discontinued indefinitely because of an incident at one of the storefronts (I'm assuming because a shopper did not read the guidelines). No problem, stuff happens. It was supposed to be reported on the GoSpotCheck app and I verified that it wasn't on there anymore. However, today I was looking at shops on the MS company and it's still listed in my shop log with a due date tomorrow. I've only done one shop with this company and worried I may have missed something or misunderstood something. I just don't want to have a bad "mark on my record"

E-mail your scheduler.

The company is excellent about getting back to you. Why don’t you use the Help/Contact link on the job listed and ask them the question. I completed one of these shops on Friday am. Incident must have occurred after that.

I doubt that a shopper not reading the guidelines would discontinue an entire project. The MSC wouldn't submit the report to the client in the first place.

The office is closed until around 8:30Am CDT, so they wont respond till then.

Sounds like someone got into a fight with a store owner about the photos. The MSC will update the due date whenever they get guidance about what to do next.

The email came Friday evening and said it was discontinued due to an incident at one of the stores. It also said as a reminder if it's resumed to not go into the store, that's what made me think one of the shoppers went into the store when you're not supposed to. I emailed, waiting to hear back.

They have resumed these and adjusted the due dates, according to an email I got today.

That would have been an interesting few emails between the shopper and scheduler!
