ISS platform help

I signed up for ISS years ago but only did a handful of shops. I had to cancel one, which caused me to have a negative reputation score. After this scheduling became impossible. I recently updated my info there, and discovered an audit I would really like to do, but am running into issues because of the negative score.

a) Has anyone ever successfuly reversed a negative score
b) The audit in question is through InsightIntouch. If anyone has scheduler contact info please share. I am hoping I can get someone there to help book a few of these audits.

I was able to rech the scheduler for the audits and got one scheduled, but I am still interested in others' experiences in fixing reputation scores with this platform. How long/how many shops did it take before you found you could successfully schedule again, etc.
