Can I suggest to them 4 tacos? I could give the employee a hint.

you are reading something into it that isn't there....that is NOT upselling., they have to offer something specific like a combo.@johnb974 wrote:

As far as I can tell there is no fee. They have improved the shop immensely since the beginning of the month when they first came out and when the only upsell you could accept was a drink. Now you can get a combo if suggested. It did not take long for them to make that change so perhaps they will improve it again if the jobs continue to sit there.

"Now you can get a combo if suggested. " That's the problem. I've done many fast food shops where there was no upsell, but I still got paid the full amount. With this shop, if they don't upsell, you only get $2.58 for the shop....the price of 1 taco.

No, the guidelines need to be followed. Someone may take your joke seriously. You order one Taco. If the employee upsells either the combo, or a drink, you can then add the combo or drink. The client expects us to perform the shop in their best interest, not our own.

You get $10 that covers any food and the rest is the shop fee.
