Video Shops without a million questions on the form

I am buying video equipment. I have done mystery shopping before but I stopped years ago because the forms drove me mad. 100 questions or more. Any video shopping companies keep the forms simple so you don't spend hours filling them out?

Yes. Most video shop reports are much shorter than the corresponding written reports. For some, the only write-up is the submission of an invoice (5 minutes). 15 minutes is pretty typical. However, some do require full reports - there is no hard an fast rule.

Ellis is the main offender in this regard, for video.

There are a couple of companies that have shops that literally the survey is time and date in and filename of the video uploaded. That is very uncommon though.

And for most, that depends on the client, bg, not so much on the MSC.

Actually both of the MSC's that I was talking about allow no scoring by the shopper. All scoring is done by editors who watch the video and score it. Shoppers don't even see the questions. Neither are companies with a very large pool of shoppers though, which is why I stated it was very uncommon.
