Instant Replays, Melinda Brody, Clear Evaluations, EPMS on line, among others. You will need to buy or rent video equipment that meets high performance standards, so don't just go out and buy one of those hidden camers in a hat or a pen from some airline categlog.

Also Automotive Insights, Impact Marketing,and Intellishop are a few others.

I took the one day seminary from Carrie Porhammer called Uncercover Essentials and learned a great deal about video mystery shopping. Plus got contact information for several companies, all of which have now been mentioned in this thread.

thank you all very much!!! i do have my own pin hole camera and used to visit dealerships throughout the country for gfk mystery shopping, but their contract has now finished and so has the work.

i notice all the companies you mentioned seem to be based in the USA and i would like to know if theres any companies in the UK that do video mystery shopping, apart from gfk?

ok thanks!!! automotive insights have got back to me saying they passed on my details to their branch in the uk.

are there anymore companies that do video mystery shopping here in the uk?
