I've never had any problems with them. What do you mean by "support"? Technical support in how to use it? Or in the event of an equipment failure? I've only had 1 problem with anything I've bought from Greyhawk (probably $1k in equipment over the last few years). The cam on my HD unit went bad (twice so I guess that's technically 2 problems). Both were within the original warranty period and he replaced both quickly and with no issues.
On a side note, the HD cams are not as sturdy as the BU-18, but the only people who should even be buying those are established shoppers that need them for particular clients. Most don't want HD video.
