Anyone else having issues with this App? Besides taking you back to your "to do" list if you bump your phone or Tablet, when you hit "submit" it does not lock in your report. I hit "submit" on a previous report and due to cell service it takes a good amount of time to download. So I go on to my next stop and the previous shop is still on top of the list to do. Not noticing this, I open the previous shop and ended up over-writing the previous report with new data because it was still in "processing" mode. Whoever owns that APP needs to put some safety measures in place where if you hit "submit" your report is locked and can not be over-written. Either that or speed up their "processing time" - one report I had to go in the next day and re-submit because it was still "processing".

This is a known issue which has been discussed before. FYI your old report was not overwritten, it was a second copy. Contact your scheduler to explain what happened and they will help you correct it. Next time, connecting to Wifi and reopening will prompt the pending report to finish uploading. The duplicate will then (usually) disappear.
