Not entirely true. There has recently been a hack of iSecretShop. What we don't know is if that is the hack that produced the list of mystery shoppers. I doubt seriously it was CTCSS or Prophet that got hacked as there have been reports of people not registered with CTCSS getting the email.
I am not a FBI agent, but given what I know about IT security I have a fairly strong suspicion of what happened.
