When is a due date not a due date?

I signed up to do a new car dealership with a MSC I have worked with in the past. However, I neglected to notice that this time they changed the requirements-after sending an Internet inquiry 48 hours before the shop due date I had to complete that portion of the shop and submit it, then wait for the editor to approve that portion before I can go to the dealership.

It's been more than 24 hours since part #1 was submitted. No approval as of yet. I had to blow off my appointment at the dealership today, which makes me look bad. And the scheduler says that even after I get the OK to go in, that date might have to be changed with the salesperson again because they're coordinating multiple shoppers there.

I just did the same job. They are like that. They also pay more than most companies, so it's worth it.
I just saw an email from the same company for a shop where you just walk in off the street. It pays the same amount as the one I'm doing, with a lot less work :-(
