The last one I did was $20 - hold out! Too much time and detail for $12 - or even $15
They went from $10 to $12 in my area. I did one last month for the first (& only) time for $20 & knew as soon as I saw the guidelines I'd never do another for $20, much less $10 or $12. Worth every bit of $40+ as far as I'm concerned.
As I said on another thread, they've really dropped the fee. I actually like doing these, especially now that they're done on the app, but not at these rates. They used to be $15, then go to $18, then $25 on the board. Now, as the questioner said, they start at $10. No way.
In my area, they are only $14.25, so less than Johnb's area. They've been that way for weeks....and no takers...wonder why!!!???

They are still $14.25 in the Phoenix area too. Check in another couple weeks to see them go up. Not sure they will make it above $20 though. Their 3 month rotation on these is up end of July.
I really hope that they just sit on the boards until the end of July. Then maybe they will cough up what these audits are worth. At least $45 - but if u want to do them at the low end go for it.
The last AT&T audit I did at the end of May 2019 paid $26. I said to myself, never again at this price! The manager was resentful and NOT helpful. He punted to the floor employees. The floor employees really could not answer some of the questions. It was painful. Plus, this audit had some technical questions beyond what the average auditor should be expected to know. Today, the same audit is offered at several locations in greater-Houston for $14.25. I would not consider doing another audit for less than $40.
Sort of repeating: I find them pretty easy, especially now that they’re done on the app. I’ve done forty or fifty of them. They usually take about 20-30 minutes to do...IF the store doesn’t get busy while you’re there. That’s the one problem I have with them. You never know if it will take you 30 minutes or an hour or two hours.
So... I’m willing to do them for $18 to $25 if they’re a reasonable distance and I can do three or four a day. But I will never do them for the $14.25 or less that they’re offering now.
As to the bad manager, that was just bad luck. The managers I’ve had have been very helpful, with just one exception...a new employee who wouldn’t let me do it at all. He apologized when I returned another time; said he just wasn’t aware of what to do.
Anyway, come on, don’t cheap out on us. Pay us what these shops are worth.

These are now up to $15. LOL Maybe by July 29 they will hit $20. (their due date for this quarter of shops is end of July)
Hi donncann, we aren't allowed to link MSCs with their clients. A thread topic can be about a business, or about a MSC, but we aren't allowed to link the two together in the same thread. BTW, this is a very well-known MSC and if you sign up with companies on the list (link at the bottom of the page) you will find the shops.

what company is this??? thanks
I did one last month as a trial and it wasn't bad but definitely not worth the low rates. The best you can hope for is 30 minutes and it seems like 45+ minutes would be more likely. At $20 I will do the local ones but nothing more than a 20 minute drive,
Correct. The biggest problem is when they’re busy and you have to wait for them to finish with their customers. No telling how long it can be. I want at least $20 for these and preferably $25.

They are now at $14.75. I still won't touch them.

So you’re hung up over a quarter?
